Hi there! My name is Christina Rose Maguire and I am a Junior at Washington State University and am double majoring in Strategic Communication and Journalism/Media Production.
I was born and raised on the west side of Washington and have lived in many different cities throughout my life!
At Washington State University, I am involved in National Honor Society, my sorority Alpha Omicron Pi, and am apart of the Association for Women in Communications. It is important to me to be involved.
For the past two years, I have been interning for a communications company called ‘KD Hall Communications’. Through this internship, I have worked on event planning and public relations. I was able to go live on King 5 news, KOMO radio, and I Heart radio this past summer! Currently, I am running their social media platforms, their non-profit foundation’s social media platforms, and creating monthly newsletters for the company.
I am very interested in music, fashion, skiing, photography/videography, and spending time with friends and family. I have an older sister and a younger brother. I have taken up a hobby of creating videos. I like to film when i go skiing, travel and just create fun artistic pieces. One of the best parts is finding music for my film!
My friends and I would describe myself as a caring, humorous, creative, independent, futuristic, and determined person. I like to live an artistic and active lifestyle. I am very excited for my future and career goals!
